Tracking information may not be updated for up to 48 hours in the shipping carrier’s network. If there is no update or movement after that time, please contact us.
HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We can only update order details for unfulfilled orders. If you have not yet received a shipping notification, please contact us and include your order number and correct shipping address.
MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT! WHAT DO I DO NOW?Although it is uncommon, a carrier may mistakenly mark a package delivered before making the delivery, or they may deliver it to the wrong address. If you do not receive your package within 72 hours from when tracking shows it was delivered, please contact us to start an investigation.
